Dr Matthew Wright – Oral Health and Alzheimer’s
Join dentist, Dr Matthew Wright, for a free online talk: Oral health and Alzheimer’s, on Friday 25th October, 12.30 -1.30pm.
Matthew is a clinical research fellow at the University of Bristol, where he undertakes clinical dental research in gum disease. He is one of the study dentists on the ‘MySmile study’, which is investigating whether treating gum disease can slow down memory loss. Alongside his research, Matthew also works as a general dentist.
During this talk you will learn more about the My Smile study, in easy-to-understand language. Find out the most up to date advice on looking after your teeth and gums, with free and very low-cost ideas for improving your oral health, which could help to improve your brain health.
At the end of the talk you will have the chance to ask questions.
