Are you concerned about your risk of developing dementia?

Join BRACE & Exeter University online, 22nd September, 2 -3pm, to learn what lifestyle choices you can be making to support your brain health.

Medical research has shown, that dementia risk can be reduced by one-third through improving lifestyle factors from midlife. Diet and lifestyle have a significant impact on how the brain changes with age.

Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter Medical School, Dr Byron Creese is involved in a study that looks at just these questions.  During this webinar, Dr Creese will run through the latest scientific evidence of what we can do to help reduce our risk of dementia.

This event is FREE, however, information events do come at a considerable cost to the charity. If you are able to, please donate £3 to world class dementia research. Thank you.
