Join Bristol Dementia Charities and Dr Sebastian Green on Wednesday 7th July for this FREE online event to learn more about your brain health.

Dr Green will run through what you can do to reduce your risk of a dementia diagnosis.

Research has shown dementia risk can be reduced by one third through improving certain lifestyle factors from mid-life. How we live can have a significant impact on how the brain changes with age.

Mark Poarch, Chief Executive, BRACE Dementia Research, a brief introduction to BRACE

Dr Sebastian Green, National Institute for Health Research and ReMemBr Group

Dr Green’s current research interest is the role of sleep in dementia, and he is investigating how sleep-measuring wearable technology could be used to predict future risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
