Join BRACE ambassador and Dementia Consultant and Campaigner, Beth Britton on Wednesday 9th June at 11am.

There are currently limited drug treatments for dementia. Many carers, families and professionals have turned to non-drug interventions to support people who are living with dementia to have a better quality of life.

In this online event, Beth Britton will share the resources she uses with families and professionals to enhance reminiscence through life story work. She will also share advice and tips for boosting a person’s wellbeing.

Beth’s step-by-step life story plan and practical examples of wellbeing support will offer you take away approaches to implement.

A highly recommended learning opportunity for anyone who is supporting a loved one with dementia or who works in dementia care.

About the speaker:

Beth Britton is an award-winning writer, consultant, trainer, mentor, campaigner and speaker who is an expert in ageing, health and social care. Beth is also a former carer to her father who had vascular dementia for 19 years.

You can learn more about her work here: https://www.bethbritton.com.
