Families across the UK are living through fear and exhaustion because of dementia.

Jayne Connery (Dementia Care Campaigner, Author and BRACE Ambassador) shares her mum Ellen’s moving dementia story in her new book – ‘The Long Road Back to Tipperary.’

Despite the progress being made, by 2040, there may be as many as 1,700,000 people living with dementia in the UK.
