Light up a life this Christmas
Christmas can be a hard time of year when we are missing someone. But at BRACE we are turning grief into change, and we would love your help.
To do this, we’ve partnered with Visufund to create a Virtual Memorial Christmas Tree.
The tree begins bare and will gradually come to life as people add ornaments in dedication to their loved ones. You can also include a personal message and photo as part of your tribute.
Tragically, 10 million people are diagnosed with dementia worldwide every year. While we would welcome 10 million donations, we’re asking you to help us raise £660 - enough to fund a week of dementia research - in memory of loved ones lost to dementia.

How do I leave a tribute?
Step 1: Click the Visufund link (or the red donate button above)
This will take you to our virtual Memorial Christmas Tree. The tree starts bare, ready to be brought to life as people leave tributes.
Step 2: Dedicate an Ornament
Choose a decoration by clicking on the tree, or buy selecting the 'donate' button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Add it to the tree in memory of your loved one
You can include a personal message and photo to make your tribute truly special. You will be offered some suggested donation amounts by Visufund, or you can enter your own amount (minimum £2).
Step 4: See your decoration appear on the tree!
Click on your decoration to read your tribute and view your loved one’s photo. Share it with family and friends, and revisit between now and Christmas to watch the tree grow and see how close we are to reaching our target.
