Join BRACE and Wards Solicitors on the 15th October to learn more about Video Wills and how they can be conducted for families like yours.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Justice issued guidance on new rules for witnessing Wills remotely.  The new rules introduce video conferencing technology as an alternative to the will maker and witnesses being physically present when a Will is signed.

There are a few advantages with Video Wills but there is also significant scope for fraud and undue influence.

In this free event, Jenny will describe what the new rules mean, and she will highlight the advantages and potential pitfalls.

Speakers:

Professor Stephen Lisney, Chair of BRACE Trustees

Stephen will give a brief introduction to dementia.

Jenny Pierce, Partner, WARDS Solicitors
