Concert in aid of BRACE

Since their formation in 1979 the Bristol Saxophone Quartet has given many performances in the Bristol area and beyond. There was an opportunity to hear their music at a concert celebrating their 30th Anniversary which took place on Wednesday 18th November at Redland Park United Reformed Church, Whiteladies Road, Bristol.

The Quartet's members - Bob Bennett, Jonny Haygreen, Rebecca Phipps and Henry Phillpotts played a varied programme of music, some pieces specially written for this very versatile instrument, and their performance was much appreciated by all who had gathered to listen.

We would like to say thank you to the Quartet for choosing BRACE to benefit from this concert and would wish them many more years of successful saxophone playing!
